Is there an owner’s corporation managing Arc Stapley and what does it cover?
Yes, an owner’s corporation manager will be appointed closer to the project completion date and will include building insurance as well as common area maintenance and private rubbish collection.
When is development due to commence?
Our builder will commence building in July 2022 with an expected construction timeframe of 14 months.
When will the development be completed?
We are expecting the handover of units to be in August/September 2023
What are the stamp duty savings?
If you’re buying your first home, there could be significant stamp duty savings with the purchase of some lots resulting in close to zero stamp duty fees if contracts are signed prior to construction commencing. What are the payments required under contract?

While we cannot change the façade or windows (as this affects our town planning permit), we are able to consider small internal changes including minor room changes or material selections, which may sometimes result in additional costs.
