Is there an owner’s corporation and what does it cover?
No, there is no owner’s corporation covering Stage One: Arc Chappell East. These five residences will be addressed with a Chappell Drive address and serviced directly off a council road. Chappell West’s location along Chappell Road also alleviates the need for an owner’s corporation for the four properties.
What are the stamp duty savings?
If you’re buying your first home, there could be significant stamp duty savings with the purchase of some lots resulting in close to zero stamp duty fees if contracts are signed prior to construction commencing. If you are a second or subsequent home buyer, you could still access big savings of almost half the stamp duty of the same home, if it were already completed. Please
