No, there is no owner’s corporation covering Stage One: Arc Chappell East. These five residences will be addressed with a Chappell Drive address and serviced directly off a council road. Chappell West’s location along Chappell Road also alleviates the need for an owner’s corporation for the four properties.

 

If you’re buying your first home, there could be significant stamp duty savings with the purchase of some lots resulting in close to zero stamp duty fees if contracts are signed prior to construction commencing.
